CONTRACT AWARD ANNOUNCEMENT
HS2 (High Speed Two) Ltd: 05-03-2021
TCOMET, in collaboration with 3ECO, was awarded the contract for Chiltern Tunnels (HS2) project by Align JV. We will be providing communications and safety systems during the construction of the tunnels.
Align JV has the C1 package of the UK High Speed 2 line (HS2). C1 consists of 21.6km of high speed rail infrastructure in a rural environment. This will include a 3.37km viaduct, 16.04km twin-bored tunnel and five vent shafts handling both intervention and tunnel ventilation facilities.
Updated 2022: 3ECO will be providing Align JV with a series of electrical audits of their temporary High Voltage installations on the Chiltern Tunnels construction sites as well as providing a review of the Electrical Safety Rules currently being implemented.
